SC Refuses to Entertain Speaker's Plea Against HC Stay on Disqualification Notice to Babulal Marandi - 13.01.2021

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a special leave petition filed by the Speaker of Jharkhand assembly challenging the stay ordered by the Jharkhand High Court on the disqualification notice served on Babulal Marandi MLA.
