Gauhati High Court Puts On Hold Notification Derecognising Assam Leader of Opposition - 13.01.2021

Gauhati High Court has stayed an Assam assembly notification that derecognised Congress MLA Debabrata Saikia as the Leader of Opposition, saying it was "unsustainable under law."
