Bombay HC Directs Central Railway to Grant Maternity Leave to Employee Who Opted for Surrogacy - 01.02.2016

Bombay HC, while directing railways to grant 180-day maternity leave to complainant, has said "There is nothing in the rules that dis-entitles maternity leave to a woman who has attained motherhood through surrogacy procedure."
