Calcutta HC Directs State Government to Hand Over Terminally Ill Prisoners to Next of Kins - 11.01.2021

Calcutta High Court has directed State Government to hand over Terminally Ill Prisoners identified by it in its affidavit dated 09th October, 2020 to their next of kins so that they can be nursed and extended due comfort at their respective homes.
