Delhi HC Issues Notices on Plea for Action Against Social Media Sites - 11.01.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a Petition filed by an advocate seeking action against major social media platforms for revealing the identity of Hathras Rape victim and similar victims in public domain thereby violating her right to privacy.
