P&H HC Directs Lok Adalats to Pass Awards in Compliance with NALSA Regulations - 08.01.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed that the Lok Adalats in the States of Punjab, Haryana and Union Territory Chandigarh are directed to pass the award in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 17 of the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalats) Regulations, 2009.
