SC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Merger of Rajasthan Legislature Wing with Congress - 08.01.2021

Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Rajasthan assembly speaker and six ex-BSP Members of Legislative Assembly seeking their response on a Petition filed by the party challenging the merger of its Rajasthan legislature wing with Congress when all the six MLAs switched their allegiance to the governing party.
