Madras HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking GST Exemption for Incorporated Members' Clubs - 07.01.2021

Madras High Court has issued notice to Central Government and the Central Board of Direct Taxes in Petition seeking exemption for members' club in an incorporated form, from levy/ payment of Goods and Services Tax under the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017.
