Karnataka High Court Dismisses CM BS Yediyurappa’s Plea in Land Denotification Case - 06.01.2021

Karnataka High Court has dismissed CM BS Yediyurappa’s Petition that the First Information Report in a land denotification case against him should be quashed, noting that prima facie there appeared to be a case against him.
