P&H HC Issues Notice in Plea by Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Against Acts of Vandalism - 06.01.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notice of motion to State of Punjab, Ministry of Home Affairs and Director General of Police, Punjab in a plea filed by Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd., seeking urgent intervention of State Government as well as the Centre in order to stop the illegal acts of "vandalism by miscreants" as alleged by the petitioner company.
