Madras HC Issues Notices over PIL Seeking Removing Encroachments In Water Bodies - 29.01.2016

Madras High Court has issued notice to concerned officials, along with Revenue Secretary, on a PIL by Puthia Tamizhagam leader S Krishnaswamy seeking removal of encroachments in water bodies, waterways and government poramboke land in Tuticorin district.
