Delhi HC: Unconscious Possession of Firearms Not to Attract Arms Act, 1959 - 05.01.2021

Delhi High Court has reiterated that "unconscious possession" of firearms would not attract the rigours of the Arms Act, 1959 while hearing a criminal writ petition moved by an engineering student in whose bag was found 20 live cartridges.
