J&K HC: Soldier Missing for More Than 7 Years Presumed to be Dead - 04.01.2021

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has observed that a Soldier would be presumed to be dead, when his whereabouts remains unknown for more than seven years, and by no stretch of imagination, he could be held guilty of having deserted the service of CRPF.
