Delhi HC Issues Notice on RBI Appeal Against Order on Transfer to Mauritius Subsidiary - 04.01.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) on an appeal by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) against an earlier order of the Delhi High Court directing it to reconsider JSPL's application to transfer $300 million to its Mauritius subsidiary.
