Jharkhand HC Directs Sending of Copy of Order to CM in Case of Threatened Inter-Caste Couple - 31.12.2020

Jharkhand High Court has directed that a copy of its order along with the copy of the statement of the woman, be communicated to the Chief Minister of the State, in view of serious allegation against a Cabinet Minister of the State, who allegedly threatened an Inter-caste couple.
