J&K HC Strikes Down Clauses of Jammu and Kashmir Excise Policies - 30.12.2020

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has struck down certain clauses of the Jammu and Kashmir Excise Policies for the year 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 as being contrary to the key provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Excise Act, 1958 (1901 AD) and Jammu and Kashmir Liquor License and Sales Rules, 1984.
