SEBI Penalises NDTV Over Non-disclosure of Loan Terms - 30.12.2020

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has imposed a penalty of Rs. 5 Crores on New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) for not disclosing information on loan agreements with Vishvapradhan Commercial (VCPL) to public shareholders.
