J&K HC Orders Action Against Top Officers for Excise Policy Manipulation - 29.12.2020

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has asked the chief secretary to examine the role of top officers for tinkering with provisions of law, scrapping arbitrary clauses in the excise policy of past three years which permitted allotment of liquor vends to individuals for a period of five years.
