Odisha AAR: 18%GST Applicable on Construction of Faculty Quarters in IIT, Bhubaneshwar - 29.12.2020

Odisha Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) has ruled that 18% Goods and Services Tax applicable on the construction of the Director’s Bungalow and the construction of staff or faculty quarters in IIT, Bhubaneswar.
