J&K HC: Presumption of Guilt in POSCO Cases Would Come into Play in Pre-Trial Stage - 29.12.2020

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that the presumption of guilt against the accused under Section 29 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act) would come in to play even during the pre-trial stage.
