Allahabad HC Quashes FIR Accusing Muslim Youth of Inducing Hindu Girl into Marriage - 28.12.2020

Allahabad High Court has quashed a First Information Report accusing a Muslim youth of kidnapping and inducing a Hindu girl into marriage and has reunited the interfaith couple on the ground that a girl proven to have attained the age of majority and wanting to live with the person of her choice has the right to lead life on her terms.
