P&H HC Sets Aside Moratorium Imposed by BCI on Opening of New Law Colleges - 24.12.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has set aside the three-year moratorium imposed by the Bar Council of India (BCI) on opening of new law colleges as ultra vires the Indian Constitution of India, 1949.
