Delhi High Court: Corporations Obligated to Ensure Shrines are Not Set Up on Public Land - 22.12.2020

Delhi High Court has observed that Corporations and Delhi Development Authority are obligated to ensure places of worship are not set up on public land by unscrupulous people through encroachment. The Court has said it had seen many cases of people claiming rights over government plots after building shrines.
