Bombay HC Expresses Concern over City’s Green Cover - 29.01.2016

Bombay HC has irked over steps taken by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to ensure city's green cover does not vanish. Relying on the photographs of the saplings being surrounded by concrete roads and not getting any fertile soil, the court said BMC's efforts are nothing but a farce.
