Delhi HC to Delhi Govt.: Consider Plea to Bring Back Odd-Even Plan - 28.01.2016

Delhi HC has asked Government to treat as representation a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking to reintroduce odd-even scheme in Delhi through awareness campaigns and with differential parking and toll tariff.
