Bombay HC Seeks Centre’s Reply on Plea by Doctors over “Overseas Bar” - 28.01.2016

Bombay High Court has directed Centre to file an affidavit before February 15 in response to a petition filed by Maharashtra’s resident doctors on the Government decision to stop providing No Obligation to Return to India (NORI) certificate.
