SC: Application Under Section 482 CrPC Cannot be Filed by Person Not connected to Trial - 17.12.2020

Supreme Court has observed that an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed by a person who is in no way connected with the criminal proceeding or criminal trial cannot ordinarily be entertained by the High Court.
