Delhi HC: Sex on Promise of Marriage Not Rape if Consensual Sex Over Long Period - 17.12.2020

Delhi High Court has held that sex on promise of marriage doesn’t constitute rape if a woman has consensual sex over a long period. The Court has stated that sexual relations can be said to be induced on false promise if the victim fell prey to it momentarily.
