SC Asks AG to Consider Whether NGT's Jurisdiction Can Be Extended to Wildlife Protection Act - 16.12.2020

Supreme Court has asked Attorney General of India, KK Venugopal if the jurisdiction of the National Green Tribunal can be extended under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 as well.
