J&K HC Takes Suo Motu Notice of Lack of Access to Education and Menstrual Hygiene to Women - 16.12.2020

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has taken suo moto notice of lack of access to education and menstrual hygiene for women in the Union Territories, observing that the deprived economic status and illiteracy leads to prevalence of unhygienic and unhealthy practices which has serious health consequences.
