Delhi HC Seeks Response on AAP Govt on Non-Compliance on Ensuring Seismic Stability of Buildings - 16.12.2020

Delhi High Court has sought responses of the Aam Aadmi Party government, Delhi Development Authority and the three municipal corporations on a plea seeking contempt action against them for their alleged non-compliance with judicial orders on ensuring seismic stability of buildings in the capital.
