Madras HC: Delay in Establishing NCLAT Bench May Amount to Contempt of SC’s Direction - 15.12.2020

Madras High Court has observed that the delay in establishing a Bench of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in Chennai may amount to contempt of the Supreme Court's direction in the Swiss Ribbons case to establish circuit Benches of the Tribunal.
