Delhi High Court Extends Stay on Transfer of Commercial IPR Cases - 28.01.2016

Delhi HC has extended a stay on transfer of pending commercial Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) cases up to the value of Rs.1 crore to district courts until 24 February.
