Bombay HC Grants Compensation to Father in Case of Custodial Death of 16-Year Old - 15.12.2020

Bombay High Court has granted ex-gratia compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the father of a 16-year-old boy, who died in the custody of Shirdi police station in March, 2016.
