Karnataka HC Initiates Suo-motu Petition to Ensure Elections Are Held to Municipal Bodies - 15.12.2020

Karnataka High Court has directed the registry to initiate a suo-motu writ petition to issue directions to State Government and the State Election Commission to hold elections to the Municipalities as per the mandate of clause (3) of Article 243U of the Constitution of India, 1949.
