SC Seeks Response on Plea Seeking Declaration of 1975 Emergency as Unconstitutional - 15.12.2020

Supreme Court has sought response from the central government on a plea filed by a 94-year-old woman seeking to declare as “wholly unconstitutional” the proclamation of Emergency in 1975.
