Delhi HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Transfer of Case of Tablighi Jamaat Leader to NIA - 14.12.2020

Delhi High Court has dismissed as withdrawn, a plea seeking the transfer of investigation of a case against Tablighi Jamaat leader Maulana Saad, from the Delhi Police to the National Investigation Authority.
