SC Refuses to Entertain Plea Seeking Action Based on Vohra Committee Report - 11.12.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed as withdrawn a plea which sought for acting on the recommendations of the Vohra Committee Report of 1993 on the nexus between criminals and politicians.
