Bombay HC: Weight of Paper Cannot be Counted While Determining Quantity of LSD Drops - 11.12.2020

Bombay High Court has granted bail to a Thane resident who was allegedly found in possession of LSD doses and Charas, holding that that the weight of the paper, used to carry LSD drops cannot be counted while determining the quantity of the contraband material, whether it is small, intermediate or commercial.
