Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Law Student's Plea Challenging BCI, KSLU Circulars - 10.12.2020

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the Bar Council of India, Karnataka State Law University and the state government on a petition filed by a law student challenging the directions issued by the Bar Council of India for conducting intermediate semester examination.
