SC Extends Term of BSV Prakash Kumar as NCLT Delhi Acting President Till Regular Appointment - 10.12.2020

Supreme Court has extended the appointment of Mr.B.S.V.Prakash Kumar,Member (Judicial) as acting President of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi till regular appointment is made to the post of President, NCLT Delhi.
