SC: Affixing of COVID-19 Posters Can be Done Only Under Direction from Competent Authority - 09.12.2020

Supreme Court has held that affixing of COVID-19 posters outside the homes of patients can be done only if there is a direction from the competent authority under the National Disaster Management Act, 2005.
