Delhi HC: Consent of All Parties Necessary for Physical Presence in Court - 09.12.2020

Delhi High Court has made it clear that a litigant or a lawyer cannot be asked to appear physically before the trial Court amid the Covid-19 pandemic unless all the parties consent to it.
