P&H HC Rejects Sanjay Singh's Plea to Quash Defamation Case Filed by Bikramjit Singh Majithia - 08.12.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the plea filed by senior Aam Aaadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament, Sanjay Singh seeking to quash the case proceedings and summoning order passed by Ludhiana Magistrate Court against him in the defamation case filed by Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikramjit Singh Majithia.
