SC Admits Cipla’s Plea against La Roche - 28.01.2016

SC has admitted plea of generic drug manufacturer Cipla Ltd challenging Delhi HC order holding it guilty of infringing Swiss pharma company Hoffmann-La Roche's patent over lung cancer drug Erlotinib.
