Madras High Court Junks Plea to Go to Katchatheevu Without NOC - 28.01.2016

Madras High Court has rejected a petition seeking a direction to State Government to permit government employees to visit Katchatheevu island for St. Antony’s Church festival on February 20 and 21 without insisting on No Objection Certificates (NOC) from the heads of their departments.
