Madras High Court Restrains TV Channels from Telecasting Vulgar Advertisements - 04.12.2020

Madras High Court has issued an interim order against the telecast of obscene and vulgar programmes and Advertisements on TV Channels, observing that interest of justice requires to issue a direction to safeguard the children and women.
