Delhi High Court Commutes Death Sentence of Serial Killer Chandrakant Jha - 28.01.2016

Delhi High Court has commuted to life capital punishment awarded to serial killer Chandrakant Jha in two identical cases of murder and upheld imprisonment of life till death awarded to him in a third similar case by a trial court.
