Allahabad HC Imposes Cost on Plea for Speedy Disposal of Bail Application Not Filed - 04.12.2020

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a Criminal Writ plea with a cost of Rs. 10,000/- which was filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the bail application which was not filed.
