Delhi HC Issues Notice on Appeal Against Order Directing Admission to Medical Aspirant - 04.12.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a plea by the Union of India against a Single Judge Bench order of the Delhi High Court which had allowed admission to an aspirant on reserved seats for medical courses on basis of a Bravery Award by an NGO called Indian Council for Child Welfare (ICCW).
